The Difference Between the Subconscious, Unconscious, and Conscious Minds

In Metaphysics, there is a difference between the Subconscious, Conscious, and Unconscious minds. People tend to mix the Subconscious and Unconscious minds without realizing the difference.

The SUBCOSCIOUS mind is our Higher Self, that part of us that knows no fear, only love. It is our true inner guidance, and it will speak to us through thought if we take time to listen. It is of a very high vibration.

And then there are the two lower minds, the Unconscious and Conscious.

We use the UNCONSCIOUS mind when we are on autopilot. We think, say, and do things without stopping to think about the effect it will have on us and others. The Unconscious mind reacts to situations, often out of fear. It rarely looks at the self because it is stuck in victimhood. (There are no victims in life, only co-creators of circumstances.)

We use the CONSCIOUS mind when we are aware of our thoughts, words, and actions. We recognize ourselves in others (mirror effect) and work to change us, not them. We think before we speak, knowing full well the effect our words and actions will have on us and others. We respond instead of react. This is called "awareness."

The more we use our Conscious mind, the higher we raise our vibration and the more "of love" we are. The more aware we are, the more at peace we will be. (When there is chaos in our world, there is chaos within. When there is peace within, there is peace in our world.)

Love is the only way. Always remember to think, speak, and act with love. Be the person you want others to be!
