The Difference Between Absolute Truth and Perceived Truth
Written by Patricia Zimmerman
“Truth” is God’s Truth—unchanging, eternal, and complete.
“truth” is our perception of what we believe to be true, shaped by our experiences, senses, and limited understanding. Our perception is only a fragment of the greater whole.
There are always three sides to every story: yours, mine, and God’s.
God sees all perspectives at once—the full picture, including the lessons each soul is meant to learn.
The Masters emphasize the importance of discernment along the spiritual path. Whenever a new belief or teaching is presented, question its source and intent.
Ask yourself:
What am I gaining by accepting this belief?
Is it rooted in love or in fear?
Everything in life comes with an exchange. Through self-reflection, we uncover what drives us and what still needs healing.
To find Truth, we must go within. Look deeply at yourself—your patterns, motives, and beliefs. The answers you seek are not “out there” but within the quiet space of your own being. Remember: the only way to change your world is to change yourself. What we refuse to see, we cannot heal.
Pure Truth is self-sustaining.
It needs no defense, no justification, and no army.
Once you recognize it, live it.
Be the example—let your actions speak louder than your words.
Finding Truth is not a single moment of realization but a lifelong journey of awareness and growth. It requires honesty, courage, and humility.
In the end, it is not who we are, what we own, or what we have accomplished that matters when we return Home.
What matters is who we have become—how much we have grown in love, wisdom, and spiritual understanding.
All else are simply tools guiding us toward that transformation.
Blessings on your journey of self-discovery and awakening to Truth.
