Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years around the world with positive results. It is a tool for inner peace and personal transformation. Meditation can improve every aspect of your life, including work, relationships, health and well-being, or developing a character trait, such as courage. The main goal of meditation is to connect with your Highest Self.
Meditation can help to release stress, lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, and mitigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, and age-related cognitive decline. It can help with relaxation. Meditation helps to slow the mind down so synchronicity can take place and answers can be received (through our inner guidance or through others).
The key to successful meditation is good posture, lots of practice and dedication. Meditation is possible if the spirit is willing. Come share your heart with us!
CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS HEALING MEDITATION ~ 1st and 3rd Thursday ~ Noon - 1 pm, 6-7 pm
Crystal Singing Bowls are used for healing and meditation. Crystal Singing Bowls are a therapeutic form of healing, known as sound healing, because they can access theta brain wave frequencies. Benefits derived from a Crystal Singing Bowls Healing Meditation include:
