Happiness is a Choice You Make

Develop a rich inner life. Shift your mind from fearful delusions (the “what if's”) and reconnect to your truth, which is Love.

To begin your commitment to NEW PERCEPTIONS, pay attention to ATTACK THOUGHTS toward yourself and others. If your thoughts detour into attack mode, say out loud or to yourself:

"Happiness is a choice I make. The more we retrain ourselves to choose happiness over fear, the more blissful we become."

Repeat and the habit will stick.

Practicing forgiveness is a full-time job. Release the PAST and RECLAIM LOVE in the present. Unforgiveness blocks your capacity to HEAL, GROW, LEARN, DEVELOP, LIVE LIFE to the fullest.
