Happiness is a Choice You Make

Develop a rich inner life by shifting your mind away from fearful “what if” thoughts and reconnecting to your truth—which is Love.

To begin your commitment to new perceptions, pay attention to any attack thoughts directed at yourself or others. When you notice these thoughts, gently remind yourself:

"Happiness is a choice I make. The more I choose happiness over fear, the more blissful I become."

Repeat this practice consistently, and it will become a habit.

Practicing forgiveness is a lifelong journey. Release the past and reclaim love in the present, because unforgiveness blocks your ability to heal, grow, learn, and live life to the fullest.

Forgive yourself first—then extend that forgiveness to others.
