Question, Question, Question Everything to Find Your Truth!

Written by Patricia Zimmerman

Whenever we enter a new field of study or exploration, discrimination is essential. This is especially true in areas that are unfamiliar and not always verifiable through science.

As Gautama Buddha wisely taught over 2,600 years ago:

"Do not believe in what you have heard; do not believe in traditions simply because they have been handed down for many generations; do not believe in something because it is widely spoken or rumored; do not believe merely because the written statements of some sage are presented; do not accept conjectures; do not hold onto ideas simply because you are accustomed to them; do not believe solely on the authority of teachers or elders. Only after observation and analysis—when something aligns with reason and contributes to the good and benefit of oneself and all—should you accept it and live by it."

This timeless guidance reminds us to seek truth through reason, observation, and discernment, rather than blind acceptance.

Blessings to you on your journey!
