Send Love and Light to Change the World

The more we send Light and Love into the world, the easier it becomes for humanity as a whole.

In one of my classes, I use a simple exercise with muscle testing to demonstrate how energy works. One person stands with their back to the audience, and the group sends either negative or positive thoughts. When we test the energy afterward, it clearly shows how negative energy breaks down the energy field, while positive energy strengthens it. This exercise reminds us that our thoughts, words, and actions are interconnected, and our words validate our thoughts.

Thoughts are powerful. When we send Light and Love daily—and use the Violet Flame—we influence not only ourselves, but also others around the world. If we focus our intention on our government, our country, and the world, we can help shift energies away from fear and separation and toward Love.

History teaches that if we do not learn its lessons, we are doomed to repeat them. By consciously using Love, Light, and the Violet Flame, we can contribute to creating a New World rooted in Love, which is what we all truly desire.

I invite you to join me in this daily practice. Send Love and Light to the areas that need it most: to our leaders, our communities, and to the world. Together, we can make a difference.
