The LOVE Connection

Rediscovering Love in Today’s World

The true LOVE connection is becoming harder to find. People often say “Love ya” instead of “I LOVE you”, or refer to children as “Baby Momma” or “Dadda” instead of “my child.”

Leaving out the “I” or “my” reflects a subtle disconnection from love, often born of fear of being hurt. Yet, even with caution, our hearts can still ache and feel empty. Everyone needs to feel LOVED—it is essential for life itself.

Remember the wisdom: “Better to have LOVED and lost than never to have LOVED at all.” When someone leaves, the gifts of love they shared remain with you. Focus on these blessings rather than the loss; this is where true comfort for the soul is found.

Modern technology (phones, computers, etc.) can disconnect us from one another, but we are here to live fully in this world and bring love to it. Emotional connection is vital. Touch—when appropriate—is a profound way to share and receive love. The tissue in your hands mirrors the tissue of your heart. Love flows through hugs, hand-holding, and compassionate touch.

Do not fear expressing yourself fully. Open your heart. Love with all that you are. By doing so, you contribute to a world where love—and not fear—is the guiding force.

Blessings on your journey back to LOVE!
