True Forgiveness

Forgiveness must be from the heart. It it is not from the heart, it is only lip service; it is not genuine. Until we forgive each person who has ever hurt us, we are tied to them throughout eternity. They will keep showing up in our life (and lifetimes), allowing ample opportunity for forgiveness to take place. You will know you have truly forgiven when you meet up with them and willingly give them a hug without feeling that nautious feeling in your stomach. Until you can meet this person with true unconditiona love, you have not forgiven.
